Force Majeure Declared Segment 124
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has pipeline and compression facilities on its Uintah lateral that are near the Lee Fire in Rio Blanco County, CO. For safety reasons related to this fire, CIG has placed some of those facilities out-of-service until the fire no longer threatens those facilities. This is impacting pressures in the area and limiting some flows.
Accordingly, is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1. Effective for the Intraday 3 Cycle for gas day August 7, 2025, and the Evening Cycle for gas day August 8, 2025, and until further notice the following actions will be taken:
· Capacity through Segment 124 (GWDC) Greasewood Compressor Constraint in the Forward Haul direction (TD1) will be reduced from 170,000 Dth/day to 120,000 Dth/d
· Flow at receipt south of Segment 124 will be monitored for performance and may result in performance caps if upstream facilities cannot perform to confirmed volumes.
