Notice of Force Majeure in Lost Cabin Area
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has experienced a fire near its Madison receipt meter station located in Fremont County, Wyoming south of its Lost Cabin Compressor station. This will require CIG to take the following actions:
· Receipts at the Madison (PIN 891862) receipt point will be scheduled to EPSQ/zero
· Flow in both directions on the 70A line at Segment 138 – WILD HORSE TO RAWLINS will be scheduled to EPSQ/zero
· Flow in both directions on the 70B line at Segment 154 (WDDC) WIND RIVER DRY CONTRAINT will be scheduled to EPSQ/zero
· Flow in both directions on the 70B line at Segment 150 (LCCC) LOST CABIN COMRESSOR CONTRAINT will be scheduled to EPSQ/zero
· Flow in the northbound (TD2) direction at segment 142 (BHNC) BIG HORN NORTH CONSTRAINT will be scheduled to EPSQ/zero. Southbound flow (TD1) will not be impacted through this constraint
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Intraday 2 Cycle Gas Day July 31, 2025, until further notice.
