Force Majeure Declared Segment 142
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has discovered an issue with the main bearing that needs to be replaced at Elk Basin Compressor Unit #1. The repair work will reduce the capacity on Segment 142 (BHNC) BIG HORN NORTH_BH to 77,000 Dth/d in the TD2 direction until further notice.
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Intraday 1 Cycle Gas Day May 16, 2025, and Timely cycle Gas Day May 17, 2025, until repairs are complete.
