Force Majeure Declared Segment 150

During the completion of recent planned maintenance on the Lost Cabin Compressor Unit #1, Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) discovered an issue with the #3 unit that requires immediate investigation and repair. The repair work will continue to reduce the capacity on Segment 150 (LCCC) LOST CABIN COMPRESSOR to 77,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction and to 66,000 Dth/d in the TD2 direction until further notice.

Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Intraday 1 Cycle Gas Day May 9, 2025, and Timely cycle Gas Day May 10, 2025, until repairs are complete.
