Force Majeure Declared Segment 266
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has identified a pipeline anomaly on its Line 3A 20” Springfield to MLV 15 pipeline that requires an immediate pressure restriction. The pressure restriction will reduce the capacity on Segment 266 (KCSC) KIT CARSON SOUTH to zero Dth/d in both the TD1 and TD2 directions. The anticipated timing for repair is Monday, May 5.
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Evening Cycle Gas Day May 3, 2025, and ID2 (cycle 4) Gas Day May 2, 2025, until repairs are complete.
