On February 27, 2025 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its Quarterly LUF True-up filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") to adjust the Lost, Unaccounted-for and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentage pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13.2 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of April 1, 2025 as shown below.

See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption. The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
