              TRANSPORTATION SPOT INDEX AND CASHOUT INDEX PRICE
                      AND CASHOUT SYSTEM INDEX PRICE

The "Spot Index Price" for October 2024 pursuant to Section 1.103 of the
General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of CIG's Second Revised Volume No. 1
Tariff ("Tariff") is $2.0225/Dth.

The "Cashout Index Price," as defined in Section 1.11 of the GT&C
of CIG's Tariff, for the month of September 2024 is $1.7477/Dth.

The "Cashout System Index Price" as defined in Section 1.11A of the General
Terms and Conditions of CIG's Second Revised Volume No. 1 Tariff, for the
month of September 2024 is:

        Quantities owed Shipper     $1.6232
        Quantities owed Transporter $2.2418
