LOCATIONS OFF RATE - UNDERPERFORMANCE

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) is concerned about the performance of the following delivery location. If performance does not improve, CIG will be placing an underperformance cap on the indicated location for the Intraday 3 Cycle for today's gas day, for the Evening Cycle for tomorrow's gas day, and until further notice.
