Force Majeure Declared Segment 266
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) has identified a pipeline anomaly on its Line 3A 20” Kit Carson-to-Springfield pipeline that requires immediate repairs. The repairs will require a pressure restriction that will reduce the capacity on Segment 266 (KCSC) KIT CARSON SOUTH to 130,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction and zero in the TD2 direction.
Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 effective for the Timely Cycle Gas Day September 20, 2024, until repairs are complete.
