RESERVATION OF CAPACITY NOTICE
Updated Notice – CIG anticipates holding an expansion open season before April 30, 2025
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (“CIG”)
Pursuant to Section 4.2 of the General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”) of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1 (the “Tariff”), CIG hereby gives notice that certain capacity, as described below, is reserved for use in a future expansion project. Specifically, CIG is designing a project to provide (1) natural gas transportation service from existing receipt points upstream of CIG's Cheyenne Compressor Station to existing delivery points on CIG's Valley Line (as defined in the Tariff), and (2) additional natural gas air blending services at CIG's Drennan Road Air Blending Station (the “Campo Project”). CIG anticipates holding an expansion open season for the Campo Project before April 30, 2025, filing an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requesting a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the project, and subject to receipt of sufficient shipper commitments and timely receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, permits, and other authorizations required for the construction and operation of the project facilities, placing the project facilities into service as early as April 1, 2027. Accordingly, CIG reserves the following capacity for use in the Campo Project, effective as of April 1, 2027:

· 15,000 dekatherms per day (“Dth/d”) from KING to CHEYENNE (Segments 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 130, 132, 157, 156, 162, 164, and 168)
· 10,000 Dth/d from ELK to CHEYENNE (Segments 142, 146, 150, 154, 157, 156, 162, 164, and 168)
· 20,000 Dth/d from ANABUTTES to CHEYENNE (Segments 112, 113, 114, 124, 126, 128, 130, 132, 157, 156, 162, 164, and 168)
· 8,226 Dth/d from FLAT TOP to CHEYENNE (Segments 124, 126, 128, 130, 132, 157, 156, 162, 164, and 168)
Southbound (from Cheyenne)
· 53,226 Dth/d from CHEYENNE to CAMPO (Segments 169, 218, 260, 262, 266, and 268)
Eastbound* (to Raton)
· 53,226 Dth/d from CAMPO to RATON (Segments 274, 272, 234, 236, and 238)
* The Campo Project will include reversing (or making bi-directional) existing eastbound capacity on CIG's Line 200A, Line 200B, Line 151A, Line 151B, and Line 27A pipelines.

Pursuant to Section 4.2(f) of the General Terms, capacity reserved for the Campo Project is available for transportation service on a limited-term basis (without ROFR rights) up to the applicable in-service date of the Campo Project. Periodically, CIG will update this posting to provide notice if any of the reserved capacity has been sold on a limited-term basis.
