Force Majeure Declared Alkali Pond Pin 891907 on Segment 103

CIG is addressing an issue with the 180A lateral feeding PIN 891907 TATACHEM Alkali Pond. Alkali Pond will not be able to flow until further notice.

Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 for the duration of this outage. Effective Cycle 3, (Intra Day 1) Gas Day September 23, 2023 volumes at Alkali Pond pin 891907 will be reduce from 38,700 Dth's/d to 0 Dth's/d until further notice:
