Force Majeure Declared Segment 300 Roggen South Constraint

Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) is experiencing an equipment failure on Segment 300. This will cause flows at Box Elder Inlet (291789) and Enterprise North (891786) to go to 0 Dth's/d.


Accordingly, CIG is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.5 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 1 for the duration of this outage. Effective Timely Cycle Gas Day March 26, 2023 and Intraday 2 Cycle Gas Day March 25, 2023 Segment 300 will be reduced as follows until further notice:



Forward haul	Reduced from 50,000 Dth's/d	to	0 Dth's/d
