On February 28, 2023 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its semi-annual Transportation Fuel Gas and quarterly Lost and Unaccounted-For and Other Fuel Gas ("LUF") filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") to adjust the Transportation Fuel and Lost, Unaccounted-For and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentages applicable to the various transportation services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of April 1, 2023 as shown below.

** Young's fuel reimbursement percentage has been filed with and approved by FERC in Docket No RP23-225-000.

See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption.  The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
