On May 26, 2022 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its quarterly LUF filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) proposing to decrease total Lost, Unaccounted-for and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentages applicable to the various transportation, and compression services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 13 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with an effective date of July 1, 2022 as shown below.

** Young's fuel reimbursement percentage has been filed with and approved by FERC in Docket No RP22-365-000.
See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption. The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
