Cancellation of Strained Operating Condition
Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) hereby provides notice that the Strained Operating Condition (SOC) declared in Critical Notice No. 119533 will terminate beginning Timely Cycle, Gas Day October 21, 2020.
Accordingly, CIG will take the following actions effective Gas Day October 21, 2020:
1. Payback OFF and ON the system will be accepted as operational conditions permit.
2. NNT authorized injection requests will be evaluated daily and follow normal allocation procedures.
3. Interruptible storage injections will be available as operational conditions permit.
4. Requirements for SS-1 operators to remove over delivery (due the operator) balances as described in critical notice #119555 will remain in place until further notice.
5. CIG's Confirmation Balancing Exception Process (APAL) will be reactivated.
Storage injections in excess of each storage shipper's Available Daily Withdraw Quantity (ADWQ) or inventory levels above Maximum Available Capacity (MAC) will be allowed as operational conditions permit or in accordance with ongoing storage field maintenance guidelines per CIG notice #119437.
Interconnect operators delivering supplies into CIG's pipeline are asked to continue to monitor their flow rates to ensure that flow matches, or does not exceed, scheduled quantities to the greatest extent possible.

CIG will continue to monitor system inventory and will reissue a SOC if conditions warrant.
