Subject: DART EPSQ ENHANCEMENTS EFF 11-2

In response to customer feedback, Arlington Storage Company, L.L.C. has improved EPSQ warning messages to provide clarity into off-system supply, off-system market activity, and/or net positions at EPSQ-restricted meters.

Effective November 2, 2026, please note the following enhancements:

Meters Held to EPSQ by the Pipeline

Shippers will now receive warning messages displaying:

· Total Off-System Supply

· Total Off-System Market

· Net Off-System Position

The net value will reflect the total EPSQ as calculated by taking the difference between total off-system supply and total off-system market nominations at the meter.

Meters Held to EPSQ by Other Operators

Shippers will continue to receive the existing line-item level Off-System Supply and/or Off-System Market warning messages. In addition, a Net Off-System Position warning message will also be displayed when both supply and market nominations exist at the meter.
