Force Majeure Declared at Creston Compressor Station (Segment 428)
During the scheduled maintenance at WIC's Creston Compressor Station, a cracked suction bottle on the unit was discovered that will require repairs. These repairs will require capacity on the Echo Springs lateral, located on Segment 428, to be reduced to zero. Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure for the duration of the outage pursuant to Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 2.
Effective for the Intraday 1 Cycle for Gas Day August 17, 2017, and until further notice the capacity on Segment 428 will be reduced from 132,000 Dth/day to 0 Dth/day.
WIC apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update on return to service as more information becomes available.
