EMERGENT REPAIR AT MLV 538-1 to 539-1 EFFECTIVE 1-24-2023 RESOLVED
Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue between Station 538 to MLV 539 near Heidelberg, MS on January 24, 2023 (Notice Identifier #385711). Tennessee discovered an issue which necessitated investigations. The issue has now been resolved and Tennessee is in the process of returning to normal operations in the area. As such, effective Intraday Cycle 1 for today's gas day, Monday, January 30, 2023 and until further notice, Tennessee will schedule nominations up to such segment capacity pathed through STA 538 (Segment 534 BH) as posted to Tennessee's EBB. Additionally, effective Intraday Cycle 1 for today's gas day, Monday, January 30, 2023, and until further notice, nominations will be accepted and the following meter can return to normal flow:
