OFO CRITICAL DAY 1 SYSTEM WIDE FOR ALL OF ZONES 0, L, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, AND 6 FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES (INCLUDING LMS-PA, SA CONTRACTS ACTING AS BALANCING PARTIES AND LMS-MA BALANCING PARTIES).
RESTRICTIONS
· Whistle/TGP Whistler Receipt Nuece Receipt Meter (Pin 54847) - through 100% of PIP increases due to imbalance management quantity exceeded; 6,148 Dths
· Pine Prairie /TGP Pine Prairie North Rap Delivery Meter (Pin 421043) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 56,701 Dths
· Transco/TGP Heidelberg Mississippi Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths
· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 33,283 Dths
LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS
Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and only scheduled if operationally feasible.
STORAGE RESTRICTIONS
Tennessee will NOT approve any transfers from accounts at TGP Bear Creek Storage to SNG Bear Creek Storage (460017) (IS-PA, FS-PA) until further notice. Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.
