EMERGENT REPAIR AT MLV 336 TO STA 261 EFFECTIVE 9-21-2021 UPDATE #2
Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue between MLV 336 to STA 261 on Line 1 near Hartford, CT on September 21, 2021 (Notice Identifier #380340). Due to this issue, Tennessee's Line 1 from MLV 336 to STA 261 has operated at reduced pressures. To date, there have been no customer impacts due to this issue. Tennessee has restored the MAOP of the pipeline from MLV 336-1 to MLV 352-1. Due to winter weather and anticipated demand, the remaining work will be scheduled in the Spring of 2023. As such, effective Timely Cycle for the gas day of Thursday, December 15, 2022 and until further notice, Tennessee will schedule nominations up to such segment capacity pathed through MLV 336 East (Segment 336 FH) as posted to Tennessee's EBB.
