LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

No Payback FROM the pipe will be scheduled South of STA 1 in South Texas or on the 500 Line until further notice.  PALD and PALAO nominations OFF the system will not be scheduled in these areas.  Additionally, no Payback TO the pipe will be scheduled on the 800 Line until further notice.  PALD and PALAO nominations TO the system on the 800 Leg will not be scheduled.  Payback system wide will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.
