EMERGENT ISSUE BETWEEN MLV 2 AND MLV 3 EFFECTIVE AUGUST 11, 2022
Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent issue from MLV 2 to MLV 3 on Line 2 near Shoup, TX. Tennessee has identified a possible issue that necessitates repairs. Tennessee estimates the current impact to be up to 150,000 Dths. Based upon current nominations along with ongoing scheduled maintenance in the area, Secondary In the Path services nominated through MLV 3 (Segment 101 BH) may be at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Friday, August 12, 2022 and until further notice. If North to South nominations decrease, Segment 101 FH may be at risk. Previously scheduled volumes will not be curtailed for the current gas day of August 11, 2022; however, increases pathed through MLV 3 (Segment 101 BH and/or Segment 101 FH) for the remainder of the gas day may be at risk.
