LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS
No Loans or Park Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services on the 500 Leg until further notice. No Payback FROM the pipe greater than the supply tolerance (100 Dths) will be allowed on the 500 Leg until further notice. Payback systemwide will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.
