RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION – EVANGELINE PASS PROJECT – ORIGINAL POSTING
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C., (“Tennessee”) held a binding open season and turnback capacity solicitation for the Evangeline Pass Project (the “Project”) from September 6, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee gives notice that certain capacity as described below will be reserved for use in the Project. The Project for which the capacity is being reserved will be to increase the deliverability of additional gas supplies into a proposed interconnect on Tennessee's mainlines approximately ten (10) miles west of Compressor Station 527 in Port Sulfur, Louisiana. The estimated Project in-service date is as early as July 1, 2022.
Tennessee is therefore reserving the following capacity beginning as early as July 1, 2022 for use in the Project:
o 30,000 dth/d – MLV 534 to MLV 523
o Receipt Meter Capacity
§ 214,225 dth/d – 44577 (MEP Jasper)
§ 313,675 dth/d – 420556 (SNG Toca)
Pursuant to GT&C Article XXVI, Section 5.08, Tennessee may sell the reserved capacity for the interim period without a right of first refusal.
