MONTHLY OFO CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONE 4 EFFECTIVE 6-1-19
Due to ongoing scheduled maintenance and limited operational flexibility effective for the Gas Day of June 1, 2019 and until further notice, Tennessee is issuing a Monthly OFO Critical Day 1 for all of Zone 4 for LMS-PA and SA Balancing Parties. This action is pursuant to Article X, Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff.
All receipt point operators in Zone 4 are required to keep total monthly allocated receipts into the system equal to or less than total monthly scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. All LMS-PA and SA Balancing Parties are required to maintain a total monthly imbalance not exceeding 2% of total monthly scheduled quantities or 50,000 dths, whichever is less for over-deliveries into the system. Customers will be assessed a rate of $5.00 plus the applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per dekatherm for that portion of physical quantities related to over-deliveries by receipt point operators which exceed this monthly tolerance.
In the event this Monthly OFO Critical Day 1 is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Tennessee may upgrade the Monthly OFO Critical Day 1 to a Monthly OFO Critical Day 2 or a Monthly OFO Balancing Alert. Tennessee cannot accept unscheduled imbalances and requires all customers to nominate and schedule all payback requests.
THIS MONTHLY OFO WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. TENNESSEE WILL INFORM CUSTOMERS BY EBB WHEN THIS OFO WILL BE LIFTED.
