Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 8, 2019 and closed at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated on a total Net Present Value (“NPV”) basis using the factors posted in the Open Season.
