Tennessee hereby provides notice of and updates the referenced Force Majeure Notice #141572 issued pursuant to Article XII of the GT&C of TGP's FERC Gas Tariff posted November 16, 2011 and last updated on October 31, 2013

FORCE MAJEURE AT STATION 1 AND STATION 9 UPDATE #6 REVISED

 

In accordance with Article XII of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC's (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee declared a Force Majeure event at Station 1 (located near Agua Dulce) and at Station 9 (located near Victoria, TX) on June 15, 2018 (Notice Identifier 367831) due to identified anomalies that necessitated repairs in the section of the pipe between Station 1 and Station 9.  MLV 5 to Station 9 is back in service.  Work continues in the section of pipe between Station 1 to MLV 5.  The new anticipated return to service for this section of pipe is now estimated to be September 21, 2018.

 

Tennessee will post more updates as repairs are completed for the remaining affected sections of the pipe.
