IMBALANCE WARNING FOR ZONE 0 NORTH OF STATION 25 AND ZONES 1 AND 2 EFFECTIVE 10/19/17
Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP) has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances in zone 0 north of station 25 and zones 1 and 2 due to maintenance and a storage test at Bear Creek. Effective immediately, for the gas day of October 19, 2017, and until further notice, TGP requires all zone 0, 1 and 2 delivery point operators north of station 25 to keep actual daily takes equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. All zone 0, 1 and 2 receipt point operators north of Station 25 are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.
Tennessee requires your compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including utilizing contract or meter specific Operational Flow Orders or flow control to maintain operational integrity. As a reminder, penalties for non-compliance of an OFO can range from $.2198 per Dth to $15.00 plus the highest regional spot price per Dth.
