RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR A FUTURE NORTHEAST EXPANSION PROJECT
In accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C.'s (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas Tariff, on May 23, 2016, Tennessee posted notice of capacity it had reserved for a future expansion project(s) in the Northeast (“May 23 Notice”). Tennessee updated this notice on February 14, 2017 to revise the effective date of the reservation of capacity to November 1, 2019. Tennessee subsequently held a binding open season on May 23, 2017 through June 30, 2017. Tennessee posted the results of this open season on July 19, 2017. Tennessee is updating the capacity reservation as follows:

Capacity on Mainline Valve Segments:
· 5,000 Dth/d from MLV 273F-101.2 (Dracut Receipt 412538) to MLV 261
· 10,000 Dth/d from Valve 249A-101 (Wright 412181) to MLV 252A-101 (South Albany 420918)
Receipt Meter Capacity:
· 5,000 Dth/d – 412538 (Dracut)
· 10,000 Dth/d – 412181 (Wright)
Delivery Meter Capacity:
· 5,000 Dth/d – 400484 (Agawam)
· 10,000 Dth/d - 420918 (South Albany)
