Tennessee held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 19, 2017, and ended at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 21, 2017. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated on a Net Present Value (NPV) basis using the factors posted in the Open Season.
