TGP requires all Balancing Parties (including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA and LMS-PL) in zone 0 south of Station 25 to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. In addition, it is essential that delivery point operators and receipt point operators schedule gas at meters commensurate with receipts out of the system or deliveries into the system. Balancing across OBAs with meters not included in this area will not be permitted.
Tennessee requires your compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including utilizing contract or meter specific Operational Flow Orders or flow control to maintain operational integrity. As a reminder, penalties for non-compliance of an OFO can range from $.2198 per dth to $15.00 plus the highest regional spot price per dth.
