RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION

Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and  Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. ("Tennessee") hereby updates the August 17, 2016 reservation of capacity for a future expansion of Tennessee's system to increase the deliverability of additional gas supplies from Zones 3 and 4 into Zones 1 and 0 (“Project”).

As of this posting, Tennessee has determined that the following capacity, some previously reserved on August 17, 2016, will remain reserved for use in the Project beginning as early as April 1, 2020:

o   85,000 Dth/day MLV 219 to MLV 214G

o   21,000 Dth/day MLV 214G to MLV 200

o   52,500 Dth/day MLV 200 to MLV 87

o   20,700 Dth/day MLV 122 to MLV 114

Tennessee held Open Season #1045 from May 16, 2016, to June 2, 2016, for the Project.  Tennessee has determined that the following capacity, which was originally reserved for the Project in the August 17, 2016 reservation of capacity, will no longer be needed for the Project and will, effective as of the date of this posting, no longer be reserved for the Project:

o   20,300 Dth/day MLV 200 to MLV 87

This posting supersedes any previous postings for the Project.

Pursuant to GT&C Article XXVI, Section 5.8, Tennessee will make the reserved capacity available for transportation service pursuant to the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff on a limited-term basis.  For any such limited-term agreements, Tennessee reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided in the service agreement and pursuant to Article V, Section 4 of the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the Project.
