Tennessee anticipates very limited flexibility due to higher pipeline
capacity utilization and significantly colder weather this week
CRITICAL DAY 1 DOWNSTREAM OF 245 AND 336 LIFTED EFFECTIVE 3-18-17
Cycle for the Gas Day of Saturday, March 18, 2017, Tennessee is lifting the OFO
Daily Critical Day 1 for Downstream of Station 245 and MLV 336. However,
an Imbalance Warning for all of Zones 4, 5 and 6 for under-deliveries into
the pipe and over-takes out of the pipe will be implemented effective Timely
Cycle for the Gas Day of Saturday, March 18, 2017. This Imbalance Warning will
remain in effect until further notice.
In the event this Imbalance
Warning is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of the system,
Tennessee may escalate to an Action Alert, Critical Day I, Critical Day II, an
OFO Balancing Alert, Meter Specific OFO(s) or Hourly OFO(s) as needed.
Tennessee cannot accept unscheduled imbalances and requires all customers to
nominate and schedule all payback requests.
Action Alert for Zone 4 for under-deliveries into the system for LMS-PA
Balancing Parties remains in effect until further notice.
