FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 264 UNIT 2C (SEGMENTS 261, 265, 266 FH) – UPDATE #3
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC (TGP) declared a Force Majeure event at Station 264 Unit 2C near Charlton, MA on December 2, 2016, Notice Identifier 361645, as defined in TGP's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Article XII. TGP has completed the filter/separator inspection scheduled for today's Gas Day and expects to bring Station 264 back online (without Unit 2C) late this afternoon. TGP expects to be able to accommodate nomination increases for today's gas day, December 8th, in the Intraday Cycle 3.
Additionally, work progresses on the repair of the Unit 2C. TGP expects to be able to meet the original estimate of 10 days from December 2nd to complete the repair of the unit and restore it to service. Based on current nominations, Secondary In the Path nominations up to 300,000 Dths through Segments 261, 265 and 266 continue to remain at risk until the unit is returned to service.
