FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 820 UNIT 1A

In accordance with Article XII of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC's (TGP) FERC Gas Tariff, effective immediately, TGP is declaring a Force Majeure event at Station 820 near Starks, LA.  TGP has identified an issue with unit 1A. Personnel are currently investigating to determine what repairs will be necessary and to estimate the length of the outage.  Based on current nominations at the Transco/TGP Starks meter 411586 which includes transport nominations from UTOS and the Transco/TGP UTOS (meter 401366), Secondary Out of the Path nominations at meters 411586 and 401366 will be at risk beginning Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of December 4, 2016 and going forward until this issue has been resolved.  TGP will not restrict any previously scheduled gas that has already been scheduled for the Gas Day 12/03/16.
