RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION – SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA SUPPLY PROJECT – POSTING UPDATE
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) posted on May 21, 2014, a reservation of certain unsubscribed available capacity for the Southwest Louisiana Supply Project (the “Project”). Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee gives notice that Tennessee is updating the May 21, 2014 reservation posting as described below for use in the Project. In its May 21, 2014 posting, Tennessee notified its shippers that the Project was expected to be placed in-service on October 1, 2017. Since the May 21, 2014 posting, the Project Shippers have communicated a more certain in-service date for the Project. As a result, Tennessee is hereby updating its capacity reservation to reflect the reservation of the following capacity for the Project beginning on February 1, 2018, the currently projected in-service date for the Project:
o 250,000 Dth/day – Isola Road - Receipt Meter 412762
o 250,000 Dth/d at Pemex Check Receipt North - Receipt Meter 450262 (MLV 409A-102+9.02).
o 250,000 Dth/d from MLV 409A-102+9.02 and associated mainline capacity to the discharge of Compressor Station 500C (MLV 500C AD1 500-1)
o 250,000 Dth/d from the discharge of Compressor Station 500C (MLV 500C AD1 500-1) and associated mainline capacity to Compressor Station 823 (MLV 507-1D)
o 100,000 Dth/day from Compressor Station 219 (MLV 219-1S, 218-2BR, 218-3RB, 218-4BR) and associated mainline capacity to Compressor Station 200 (MLV 200-1S, 200-3, 200-2S).
o 100,000 Dth/day from Compressor Station 200 (MLV 200-1S, 200-3, 200-2S) and associated mainline capacity to Station 87 (MLV 866-1BR, 564-BR1, 564-BR2)
o 100,000 Dth/day from Compressor Station 87 (MLV 866-1BR, 564-BR1, 564-BR2) and associated mainline capacity to Compressor Station 860 (MLV 559-3A, 559-1BL, 860-1A)
o 89,400 Dth/day from Compressor Station 860 (MLV 860-1A) and associated mainline capacity on the 800 line to Station 823 (MLV 823-1)
o 900,000 Dth/day from the discharge at Compressor Station 823 (MLV 823-1D) and associated mainline capacity to MLV 821N-101.1
o 700,000 Dth/d at De Quincy Storage – Delivery Meter 412737 (MLV 821N-101.1)
In addition to updating Tennessee's existing capacity reservation for the Project as described above, Tennessee is hereby updating its May 21, 2014 reservation posting to immediately release the following portions of the capacity originally reserved for the Project:
o 152,000 Dth/d from the discharge at Compressor Station 823 (MLV 823-1D) and associated mainline capacity to MLV 821N-101.1
The currently projected in-service date for the Project is February 1, 2018.
This reservation posting supersedes any previous reservation postings for this capacity.
Pursuant to GT&C Article XXVI, Section 5.8, Tennessee may sell the reserved capacity for the interim period without a right of first refusal.
