FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 403-1 TO MLV 404-1 – UPDATE #3
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC (Tennessee) hereby provides notice of and updates the referenced Force Majeure, Notice Identifier 356636, as defined in Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Article XII, for MLV 403-1 to MLV 404-1 near Falfurrias, TX.
Work continues related to the pipeline failure in MLV 403-1 to MLV 404-1 near Falfurrias, TX (Segment 409). Currently, line 1 is isolated and Tennessee is maintaining a reduced pressure from MLV 409 near Edinburg, TX to Station 1 in Agua Dulce, TX. Further inspections and work will be required to return to service the valve section on line 1 from 403 to MLV 404. Additionally, work and inspections will also be required to return line 1 from MLV 409 to Sta. 1 back to normal operating pressure. During this work physical flow will remain shut in at Myrick PIN 412733. Current estimate of the return to service date is now November 30, 2015.
Based upon current nominations and physical flow, Tennessee anticipates restrictions through a pro rata portion of Primary In The Path (PIP) nominations pathed through STA 1 (Segment 409 BH). During this time, TGP encourages customers to secure alternate supplies south of MLV 406 which includes Enterprise meters Gilmore (Pin 412458), Monte Christo (Pin 412088), Sun Plant (Pin 410173) and Santellana, (Pin 411903).
