OFO BALANCING ALERT PIN SPECIFIC (420931) EFFECTIVE 3/18/15

In order to protect system integrity, Tennessee is issuing a

BALANCING ALERT OFO effective chart time for the gas day of

March 18, 2015 for the following PIN pursuant to Article X,

Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's

FERC Gas Tariff:

PIN: 420931 GRANRIDG/TGP Granite Ridge

This pin is required to maintain an actual daily flow rate

not exceeding 2% or 500 dths, whichever is greater, of scheduled

quantities.  Customer will be assessed a rate of $15.00 plus the

applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per dekatherm for overtakes

out of the system which exceed this tolerance.

Should the Balancing Alert OFO not correct the system conditions

Tennessee may issue a pin specific Hourly OFO or implement flow

control. 

THIS OFO BALANCING ALERT WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER

NOTICE.  TENNESSEE WILL INFORM CUSTOMERS BY EBB WHEN THIS OFO

BALANCING ALERT WILL BE LIFTED.
