Tennessee held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 10:00 A.M. CDT, Monday, October 20, 2014.  All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated on a Net Present Value (NPV) basis using the factors posted in the Open Season.
