FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 409A ALAMO (PEMEX DELIVERY 450261)

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC (Tennessee) is declaring a Force Majeure event, as defined in Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Article XII, for Station 409A Alamo (Pemex Delivery Pin #450261).  Tennessee has discovered a discharge valve leak on unit 1A at the station. This issue is requiring the station to be taken offline and be blown down prior to the scheduled station maintenance beginning.  Tennessee is diligently working to resolve the issue and restore the unit back to service.

Tennessee estimates the impact of the station outage could be up to 280,000 Dths. Based upon current nominations and physical flow, restrictions through a pro rata portion of Primary In the Path (PIP) nominations pathed to the Pemex Delivery Pin (450261) may be required as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Tuesday, October 21, 2014.
