FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 409 (EDINBURG) UPDATE 5

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC (Tennessee) declared a Force Majeure event at Station 409 near Edinburg, Texas on Tuesday, 9/16/14 as defined in Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Article XII.  Tennessee continues to make progress with necessary repairs and now estimates the return to service date to be Monday, 9/29/2014.

Based upon current nominations, restrictions through a pro rata portion of Primary In the Path (PIP) nominations pathed through Segment 490 FH may still be required until repairs are completed.

Tennessee will post updates to this notice as more information becomes available.
