SECONDARY IN-THE-PATH PRIORITY FILING UPDATE #2
On October 17, 2013, the Commission issued an order that approved Tennessee's proposed pro forma Tariff records to modify the secondary in-the-path scheduling priority provisions of its FERC Gas Tariff. Tennessee stated in the filing that it expected to finalize the required system changes within 8 to 12 months from the date of the Commission approval of the pro forma Tariff records and would file actual Tariff records no later than 30 days from the proposed implementation date of the scheduling priority changes. On February 25, 2014, Tennessee subsequently posted a notice stating that the anticipated date for implementation would be as early as May 1, 2014.
At this time, Tennessee has not completed the system changes and testing required to implement the approved scheduling priority provisions by the May 1, 2014 date. Tennessee currently anticipates implementing the proposal on June 1, 2014.
Tennessee will post updates to this notice as progress is made and will provide an implementation date no later than 30 days prior to the proposed date.
