SESH pipeline's operator notified Southern of an unplanned outage at their Delhi Compressor Station that will further reduce the available SNG - SESH capacity (Segment 380) effective Timely Cycle, Wednesday, February 19, 2020 and until further notice. SESH has informed Southern that repair efforts are underway, however, a return to service date is not known at this time. This unplanned outage coupled with SESH's planned station outage at Gwinville will result in a service reduction of SNG - SESH capacity as follows: SNG capacity will be reduced from 507,614 Dth/d to 449,000 Dth/d effective Tuesday, February 18th, 2020 and will then reduce from 449,000 Dth/d to 404,000 Dth/d effective Wednesday, February 19th, 2020 and until further notice. Based on current system demand, In-Path Services may be at risk beginning Wednesday, February 19th, 2020.
This reduction in available capacity constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Southern Natural Gas Tariff.
