SEGMENT 17 – A/G #1 LINE – PIPELINE MAINTENANCE
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-170273), Natural will be performing pipeline maintenance on its A/G #1 Line near Compressor Station 802 (CS 802) in Lamar County, Texas (Segment 17 of Natural's Texok Zone). This maintenance work requires Natural to reduce its operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 802. Additionally, a certain delivery point will be unavailable as noted below.
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 802; therefore, any gas received west of CS 802 for delivery east of CS 802 will be impacted for the duration of this restriction. For scheduling purposes, all Amarillo Line pooling points and storage points are located west of the constraint and will be impacted by this restriction if the transports are pathed eastbound through the constraint. The Midcontinent Pooling Point (LOC 25078) is located west of the constraint.
As such, effective for gas day Thursday, April 6, 2023, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Wednesday, April 12, 2023, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to 0% of contract MDQ eastbound through CS 802. Additionally, Natural will only schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports westbound through CS 802, Segment 17. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for either eastbound or westbound flow for the duration of this restriction.
The following delivery point will be unavailable during the restriction:
LOC 44439 MEP LAMAR
