SEGMENT 26 - COMPRESSOR STATION 303 (CS 303) – UNIT MAINTENANCE
As previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X22-790796), Natural will be performing unit maintenance at Compressor Station 303 (CS 303) in Angelina County, Texas (Segment 26 of Natural's Texok Zone). This outage will require Natural to reduce the maximum operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity southbound through CS 303.
The transport scheduling constraint will be at CS 303; therefore, any gas received north of CS 303 for delivery south of CS 303 will be impacted for the duration of the outage. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. For scheduling purposes, the Texok Pool (LOC 10560) is located north of the constraint.
As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, August 16, 2022, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Saturday, August 20, 2022, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 72% of contract MDQ through CS 303. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
Actual nomination levels and changes in pipeline conditions could result in changes to the percentage scheduled (lower or higher) on subsequent gas days. The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates during this restriction. Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
