FORCE MAJEURE - SEGMENT 26 SB – GC #3 M/L (CS 303) – PIPELINE REMEDIATION - RESCHEDULED
As previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X21-1150486), Natural is performing pipeline remediation on the Gulf Coast #3 mainline between Compressor Station 304 (CS 304) in Harrison County, Texas and Compressor Station 303 (CS 303) in Angelina County, Texas (Segment 26 of Natural's Texok Zone). Natural previously posted this Force Majeure event as postponed, however, the rescheduled dates for the Force Majeure are as noted below. This remediation work has required Natural to reduce the maximum operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity southbound through CS 303.
The transport scheduling constraint is at CS 303; therefore, any gas received north of CS 303 for delivery south of CS 303 will be impacted for the duration of the restriction. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. For scheduling purposes, the Texok Pool (LOC 10560) is located north of the constraint.
As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, August 9, 2022, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Friday, August 12, 2022, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 79% of contract MDQ through CS 303. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
Additionally, the following receipt locations will be unavailable until the remediation work has been completed.
LOC 39648 ROCKCLIFF LISA B #1 NACOGDOCHES
LOC 45310 BTA ETG EAST TEXAS GATHERING
LOC 46389 TGG NACOGDOCHES
Actual nomination levels and changes in pipeline conditions could result in changes to the percentage scheduled (lower or higher) on subsequent gas days. The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates during this restriction. Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
