ANR/NGPL SOUTH JOLIET AT CAPACITY

SEGMENT 26 – GULF COAST #2 M/L - ILI TOOL RUNS – RESCHEDULED

 

As part of its ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program and as previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X21-1091186), Natural will be performing a series of ILI Tool Runs between Compressor Station 303 (CS 303) located in Angelina County, Texas and Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) located in Montgomery County, Texas (Segment 26 of Natural's Texok Zone).  Natural previously posted these tool runs as postponed, however, the rescheduled dates for the runs are as noted below.  This work will require Natural to reduce its operating capacity southbound through CS 303 for the duration of the restriction.

 

The scheduling constraint will be at CS 303; therefore, any gas received north of CS 303 for delivery south of CS 303 will be impacted.  For scheduling purposes, the TEXOK Pool (LOC 10560) is located north of the constraint.  Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted.  Once the data from the tool runs have been analyzed, any remediation work impacting shippers will be posted.

 

As such, effective on the gas days indicated below, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 72% of contract MDQ southbound through CS 303.  AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of the restriction.

Gas day Tuesday, August 16, 2022 (Cleaning Tool)

Gas day Thursday, August 18, 2022 (Cleaning/Gauge Tool)

Gas day Saturday, August 20, 2022 (Cleaning Tool)

Gas day Tuesday, August 23, 2022 (MFL/Caliper Tool)

 

The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.  Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates to the end date and/or scheduling percentage during this restriction.
