Note: Other than the above, all other tariff provisions related to storage services are still in effect. Without limitation of the foregoing, all DSS volumes (whether flowing under firm or interruptible daily rights) will count toward the limitation of 10xWQ over any 15-day period. The Shipper must obtain a specific waiver from Natural to avoid a UAOR penalty if that limit is exceeded. Other tariff storage provisions remain in effect as defined by the tariff for the specific service type, including but not limited to: Daily Injection/ Withdrawal Limits; Sourcing Limitations; and Cycling Requirements.

Note: The level of Amarillo or Gulf Coast NSS and DSS injections available (i.e., up to IQ, up to MDQ or open above MDQ) will be the same as the level of injections available on the Amarillo or Gulf Coast System and are also subject to any Transportation Restrictions for NSS Storage Services “In-Path Restrictions” as posted under Critical Notices. Injection sourcing from LOC 44413 REX MOULTRIE, subject to any posted constraints, can be directed to either Amarillo Storage or Gulf Coast Storage points.
