APRIL 2019 – SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
The following projects will begin April 2019:
VICKSBURG CS (MEP 4) – SEGMENT 200 – UNIT MAINTENANCE
On gas day Monday, April 1, 2019, and continuing through gas day Friday, May 17, 2019, MEP will be performing unit maintenance at the Vicksburg Compressor Station (MEP 4) located in Hinds County, Mississippi (Zone 2). MEP does not anticipate that this work will impact Shippers.
EGT DELHI (MEP 3A) – METER MAINTENANCE
On gas day Wednesday, April 10, 2019, MEP will be performing meter maintenance at the Delhi Compressor Station (MEP 3A), located in Richland Parish, Louisiana. This maintenance work will require receipts and deliveries at EGT Delhi to be shut in during the maintenance work. MEP anticipates this maintenance work to last for eight (8) hours and then nominations may resume afterwards for Intraday 1 Cycle nominations. Therefore, MEP will accept Intraday 1 Cycle nominations for gas day Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Once the outage has been completed, the capacity will return to its normal operating capacity of 250,000 dth per day.

MEP ZONE 2 – CLEANING PIG RUN
MEP will be performing a cleaning pig run on the entire portion of its pipeline system in Zone 2, segments 200 and 210, from Madison Parish, Louisiana to Choctaw County, Alabama. This work will require MEP to restrict throughput capacity in Zone 2 of its system.
As such, effective for gas day Wednesday, April 10, 2019, and continuing through gas day Thursday, April 11, 2019, MEP will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary-in-path Firm transports to no less than 71% of contract MDQ into Segment 200, assuming all such contracts are nominated at full applicable contract MDQ through the constrained segment. Actual nomination levels, changes in pipeline conditions, and assistance MEP is seeking from connecting pipelines downstream of the outage could result in an increase to the percentage scheduled.
AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available during this outage. Additionally, all park and loan services under Rate Schedule PALS will not be available anywhere on the system.
Reservation Charge Credits: To the extent MEP cannot schedule a shipper's Firm Daily Volume as a result of this outage, and shipper does not utilize secondary point services, MEP will calculate a reservation charge credit. Section 2.2(d)(1) of the GT&C of MEP's Tariff defines Firm Daily Volume as “the volume of gas which MEP is obligated to deliver on a firm basis for Shipper at primary Delivery Point(s) under a firm contract on a Day, based on nominations for firm service within firm contract rights at such primary points which could be confirmed.” To the extent a Firm shipper nominates to its primary firm delivery point, and there is a matching downstream nomination at the location, then if MEP cannot schedule the nomination, a reservation charge credit will apply for such unscheduled volume.
VICKSBURG CS (MEP 4) – SEGMENT 200 – ANNUAL ESD TEST
On gas day Wednesday, April 10, 2019, and continuing through gas day Thursday, April 11, 2019, MEP will be performing an annual ESD test at the Vicksburg Compressor Station (MEP 4) located in Hinds County, Louisiana (Zone 2). MEP does not anticipate that this work will impact Shippers.
VICKSBURG CS (MEP 4) – SEGMENT 200 – METER MAINTENANCE
On gas day Thursday, April 11, 2019, and continuing through gas day Saturday, April 13, 2019, MEP will be performing meter maintenance at the Vicksburg Compressor Station (MEP 4) located in Hinds County, Louisiana (Zone 2). MEP does not anticipate that this work will impact shippers.
