Force Majeure - Update #1
Kinder Morgan Keystone Gas Storage, LLC (KGS) is still experiencing a mechanical issue as referenced in Critical Notices 118317 and 118318 but some repairs have been completed. As a result of the work so far, KGS's storage withdraw capabilities will be increased to approximately 330,000 dth as of Intra Day 2 (Cycle 4) gas day November 11, 2018, and Evening (Cycle 2) gas day November 12, 2018.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11 of the KGS Operating Statement and remains in effect until further notice.
KGS operations personnel are actively evaluating options to address the mechanical failure and KGS will update this notice once new information is available.
KGS apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
